Product Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Jewellery is very  delicate. Very few jewellery items are made more than one for each design, and every transit impacts it. Kindly request a return only if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product as the packaging done by you might not be able to handle the stresses on the product unless packaged very well.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 banking days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do a check with your bank or credit card provider regarding the status. This will help us in processing the same from our end in case of a delay. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Most jewellery on come in just one piece, hence under normal circumstances we wouldn't be in a position to exchange your purchase. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Products Damaged In Transit - Refunds/Returns


In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or when you have been handed a package that looks tampered/damaged. Please take a snapshot of the damaged product and send it in [email protected] as soon as possible. we shall investigate this concern with the delivery team and ensure that you get either a replacement if available or an alternative product or a refund, whichever is desired by you.
